- Let your users monitor their work requests progress through each stage right up to completion.

1. A request is created in Job Requests, it then appears in the job request listing in AMPRO. The AMPRO operator is automatically notified that a new job request has been added.

2. The job request is authorised allowing work to proceed.

3. If required, a job is created in AMPRO from the job request and the work is carried out.

4. The job is completed and the requester is notified accordingly. During this process the requester is kept informed about the progress of their job request automatically.

Job Requests Feature Highlights

- Have control over who is authorised to create jobs from the job requests. This feature will ensure double-up work is reduced and trades have a single point of access to ensure they get the correct information when carrying out job requests.

- Have AMPRO automatically notify you when new job requests have been added and email the requester when changes are made to their job request. All correspondence between AMPRO and Job Requests is recorded.

- As changes are made in AMPRO to the job, the requester is kept up to date in Job Requests by live updates back to the requester. This reduces the number of phone calls to find out the status of job requests.

- Have the ability to report on job requests and print and export to most common file formats (PDF, Excel, etc). Run reports showing your own job requests or your departments job requests or all job requests.

- Use the in-built filters to show job requests at the various stages of completion (not actioned, to be authorised, job raised etc.). You also have the ability to view only your job requests, your department’s job requests, or all job requests.

Job Requests uses Crystal Reports™ as its reporting engine and enables you to export your reports into many different formats. Job Requests allows you to use Crystal Reports™ to develop your own custom reports which can be seamlessly integrated into Job Requests.
